We understand that things happen, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to enjoy your experience at Aromatic Moments™. Because our sessions require preparation, reserved seating, and materials, the following policies apply to all bookings.
All bookings require payment in full at the time of booking.
Candle Making Sessions:
In-Studio Experience

Cancellations or transfer requests must be submitted at least 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled start time.

If you request to cancel within this timeframe, you may:

Transfer to another available session, or
-
Receive a 60% refund of the amount paid (if a transfer is not possible)

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund or transfer.
Cancellations & Transfers (72 Hours)
Late Arrival & No-Show Policy

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to accommodate you and it will be considered a no-show.

No-shows are not refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Private & Mobile Event Cancellation Policy
(Storefront Private Bookings + Mobile Events)
We’re excited to host your private event and ask that you review the following policy before booking.

Candle Making Sessions: In-Studio Experience
Cancellations (7 Days)​

If you cancel with at least 7 days’ notice, we will refund 60% of the amount paid.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled event are not eligible for a refund.
Private events require significant preparation and reserved time. Late cancellations may prevent us from rebooking the space or securing another event that day. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and appreciate as much notice as possible to allow for alternate arrangements.

Mobile Events
Cancellations (7 Days) & Travel Fees

Mobile events require additional preparation and scheduling coordination.

If you cancel with at least 7 days’ notice, we will refund 60% of the amount paid (excluding travel fees, if applicable).

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled event are not eligible for a refund.

Travel fees are non-refundable once charged.
