Private & Mobile Booking

Our private Candle Making Blend sessions offer a unique and exclusive experience for individuals and groups seeking intentional moments through creativity and connection. Whether you’re planning a birthday celebration, a girl's night out, corporate or church event, team-building experience, or an intimate gathering with friends and family, our private sessions are designed to make your occasion meaningful and memorable.

Available Experiences

Right now, private bookings are available for our Candle Making Blend Experience. We’re working on expanding this to include additional experiences soon.

Storefront Private Booking – In-Studio Experience

Private storefront bookings are hosted at our Aromatic Moments™ location and are ideal for smaller, intimate gatherings.

 

​Storefront Booking Details:

  • Available Thursday–Saturday (please check time availability)

  • Groups of 6–16 participants maximum

  • Minimum booking value of $245

  • Group discounts apply automatically based on total guest count

 

Payment Policy

  • All private bookings require payment in full at the time of booking to secure your date and time. Payments are non-refundable in the event of a no-show or late cancellation. See our Cancellation Policy for details.

✨ Group Discounts

  • 6–9 guests: 5% off

  • 10–14 guests: 10% off

  • 15–16 guests: 12% off

Discounts apply to both adult and child tickets and cannot be combined with other promotions*

Our mobile candle making blend sessions are perfect for larger events, celebrations, and group gatherings hosted off-site.

 

Mobile Booking Details:

  • Available for groups of 12 or more participants

  • Minimum booking value of $450

  • Group discounts apply automatically based on total guest count

  • Travel fees apply depending on location

  • Pricing is customized based on group size, location, and event needs

 

Payment Policy

Mobile bookings require advance notice and are subject to availability. Please contact us for a personalized quote and scheduling details.*

Booking & Availability

  • Private and mobile bookings are scheduled based on availability.

  • Please reach out at least two weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

  • All non-profit organizations are eligible for an automatic 10% discount on ticket prices. 

  • All payments are due at the time of booking
